Job summary

Clipboard, a remote-first marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces across the U.S., seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to own systems end-to-end—from Salesforce setup and data pipelines to automation and internal tools.

You’ll use SQL and Python, direct AI agents, build lightweight apps, and ensure data quality at scale, delivering reliable insights and scalable processes for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Evidence of building scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions to real problems.
• AI-native working style - use AI to multiply output and know where it can fail.
• High judgment under ambiguity - define what matters and act appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail - ensure changes to production data are correct.
• Bias to ownership - own problems and improve the system beyond quick fixes.

Responsibilities

• Own live production systems (account distribution, deal intelligence, competitor tracking, data sync pipelines) and ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Resolve ambiguous requests from sales reps, managers, and leadership with quick, correct solutions.
• Direct AI agents by writing specs/prompts, supervising outputs, and QA before production use.
• Build automations and tools (scripts, scheduled jobs, Slack bots, lightweight web apps) to make recurring work scalable.
• Analyze and report revenue questions using SQL and other tools to create trusted dashboards.
• Guard data quality through merges, deduplication, account mapping, and data enrichment at scale.
