Clipboard is a remote-first marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces across the United States. The Sales Operations Analyst will own production systems, craft automations, and guide AI agents to support a high-growth sales org.

You will collaborate across data, automation, and internal tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability of revenue-focused data. The role emphasizes ownership, judgment in ambiguity, and delivering scalable, auditable solutions with a strong emphasis on

Formación

• Evidence of building scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions.
• Experience using AI to multiply output and verify its work.
• Ability to operate with high judgment under ambiguity.
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility for production data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Own live systems such as account distribution, deal intelligence, and data pipelines.
• Solve ambiguous problems from sales and leadership and execute quickly.
• Direct AI agents: write specs/prompts, supervise outputs, QA before production data.
• Build automations and lightweight apps to scale recurring work.
• Analyze and report revenue questions using SQL and other tools.
• Guard data quality through merges, deduplication, mapping, and enrichment.
