DriveTime Family of Brands invites you to join our Sales and Operations Advisor team at our Charlotte area dealership. You will guide customers through the vehicle selection, financing options, and scheduling, while ensuring a smooth sales process from first contact to final delivery.

You’ll also support dealership operations, open/close procedures, cash handling, inventory awareness, and compliance to deliver a world-class car-buying experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales and retail operations with proven success.
• Strong customer experience and sales process skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Build partnerships with customers, guiding them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Perform operational tasks: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory audits, documentation.
