Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations & Administrative Support Specialist in Texas to partner with the Sales leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional admin work, serving as a central hub for sales execution, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and cross-functional problem solving.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a dependable self-starter, and keeps people, processes, and priorities aligned within the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, sales support, or operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales teams.
• Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours.
• Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings.
• Maintain and update customer profiles in NetSuite.
• Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry.
• Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management.
