Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer conversations across phone and email with small business owners onboarding to payroll.
• Own your ticket queue and manage the opportunity pipeline.
• Proactively position plan upgrades and surface cross-sell opportunities for Health Insurance, Workers' Comp, and 401(k).
• Catch tax discrepancies live, troubleshoot state portals, and make compliance calls.
• Configure sick time, PTO, and overtime policies to keep companies compliant.
• Collaborate with Risk and other teams, handing off as needed.
• Use AI-powered workflows daily to surface friction and improve tools.
