Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Sales Onboarding Specialist to design, implement, and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members, ensuring rapid integration and achievement of sales targets.

You will conduct engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person), develop materials, and collaborate with sales, product, marketing and HR to keep content accurate. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in sales enablement or training in healthcare/pharma.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-learning tools.
• Travel occasionally for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve a structured onboarding curriculum for sales roles.
• Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) covering products, sales methodologies, CRM, and compliance.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, product, marketing, and HR to ensure content accuracy.
• Provide coaching and support to new hires during onboarding.
• Monitor onboarding effectiveness via surveys and performance metrics.
• Act as primary contact for new sales hires and facilitate transitions.
• Stay informed of industry best practices to elevate program quality.
• Assist in administering sales enablement platforms and tools.
