Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Sales Onboarding Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales team members, ensuring rapid integration and achievement of targets. Sessions will be conducted both virtually and in person.

You will create materials, coach new hires, collaborate with sales leadership, product, marketing and HR, and assess program effectiveness to drive continuous improvements and align with company goals. Travel occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales within healthcare/pharma.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and e-learning tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve onboarding curriculum for various sales roles.
• Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) on products, sales methods, CRM, compliance, and industry knowledge.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, guides, playbooks, and e-learning modules.
