Job summary

Huntington Commercial Bank is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for Huntington Distribution Finance to manage onboarding for dealer and manufacturer credit lines. You will lead prospects from application through activation, including understanding organizational structure, filing UCCs, and administering loan documentation.

You will maintain accurate data in the system, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with internal and external customers to drive a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in banking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, credit basics, and UCCs.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Validate and input account data to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure applications meet Legal, Compliance, and Credit policies.
• Gather information to qualify prospects’ products and brands.
• Lead onboarding from application to activation including filing UCCs and loan documents.
• Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of the pipeline.
• Expand product and brand knowledge and collaborate with customers.
