Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for Huntington Distribution Finance (HDF) to manage onboarding for dealer and manufacturer credit lines. You will contact prospects, gather information, and guide them from application to activation, ensuring data accuracy in the system and a strong customer experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and banking experience, with familiarity in Salesforce and UCCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects in accordance with targets and guide them through onboarding.
• Validate and input account data to ensure accuracy in the system of record (Inventory Engine).
• Ensure applications comply with Huntington’s policies and procedures.
• Obtain information to qualify new prospects and distributors.
• Lead onboarding from application to activation, including filing UCCs and loan documents.
• Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline.
