Job summary

Merry Maids of Gaithersburg is seeking an Inside Sales Office Assistant/Sales Coordinator to serve as the voice of the team, handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, and updating records with accuracy. The role includes payroll submission, invoicing support, and may involve some new hire paperwork.

Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with the ability to sell services over the phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume calls, schedule appointments, and enter data accurately.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and basic payroll/invoicing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of customer calls for service inquiries and appointments.
• Enter customer information, schedule routes, and update records in Salesforce.
• Assist with payroll submission, accounts payable, and new hire paperwork as needed.
• Schedule sales bids and promote ancillary services over the phone.
• Provide friendly, professional service and resolve client issues.
