Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Auburn, AL seeks a Sales and Meeting Coordinator to assist the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Manager, distribute opportunities to the team, and help with proposals, contracts, and rooming lists. You may meet clients for site visits and handle pre/post arrival communications and setup/breakdown of meeting rooms.

You will also support banquet and meeting planning, maintain guest relationships, and ensure accurate group blocks and BEOs while coordinating with Food & Beverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year experience in a similar capacity.
• Two years’ experience in the service industry.
• Honesty and trustworthiness as core traits per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supporting sales initiatives and programs.
• Provide administrative support to Director of Sales/Senior Sales Manager.
• Distribute opportunities to team members and help send proposals and contracts.
• Manage site visits, pre- and post-arrival communications, and room setups.
• Contribute to planning and coordinating banquets and meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Communicate with operations on room setups, F&B, and block management.
• Daily management of group blocks and reservation workflows.
