The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are documented and operational constraints understood.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer profiles and data in ERP/order systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure execution readiness.
• Assist with order confirmation, billing inquiries, shipment status updates and customer communications.
• Support complex order scenarios, house accounts, and execution exceptions as directed by leadership.
• Track inbound product against open sales orders and surface execution constraints.
