Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a recruiting professional to source, hire, and manage the sales and marketing talent pipeline. You will exceed hiring metrics, document weekly to quarterly performance, and collaborate with recruiters to meet region-wide objectives.

The role involves developing annual action plans, building sourcing libraries, and coordinating campaigns within budget. Expect occasional nights/weekends and an on-site presence at Williamsburg, VA.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting or equivalent experience.
• Sales/Marketing recruitment experience is a plus.
• Ability to source passive candidates via direct sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience with Workday ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process.
• Exceed recruiting metrics including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Partner with recruiters to share best practices and meet area objectives.
• Develop yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly.
• Build site advertising and sourcing standards and develop a library of visuals.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure processes are followed and profiles are identified.
• Manage site recruiting media campaigns within budget.
• Occasionally work nights and weekends as needed.
