Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across organization levels.
• Ability to think strategically, solve business challenges, translate insights into recommendations.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with curiosity about customers and markets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational capabilities in customer relationship management and account planning.
• Support sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Partner with account teams, finance, operations, and other functions to meet customer needs.
• Gain exposure to brand, category, and market strategies to support Kerry’s value proposition.
• Translate data and market insights into clear recommendations for commercial decision-making.
• Participate in a 24‑month rotational Leadership Development Program across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence.
