Job summary

Acuity Inc. is offering a BUILD program in the United States that develops early-career talent through a two-year rotational experience across Sales and Marketing functions. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship from a Sales and Marketing leader, and collaboration across teams.

Participants rotate every six months, gaining broad business acumen, functional expertise, and professional skills for future opportunities at Acuity. Hybrid work model and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills are required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Availability to travel 25–50% depending on rotation is required.
• Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred.
• Team-oriented with a drive to take initiative is highly preferred.
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specialized onboarding for all participants to ensure integration into the organization and program.
• One-on-one mentorship from a Sales and Marketing leader for the duration of the program.
• Social and networking events to forge connections with peers and leaders across the business.
• Frequent opportunities to collaborate with program peers to learn about various business processes and initiatives.
• Leadership report-out meetings to share rotational learnings and performance reviews to identify strengths and areas for growth.
• Rotate within functional areas such as Brand and Product Marketing, Regional Field Sales, Channel Marketing, Market Analytics, Strategic Accounts Sales, Sales Channel Effectiveness.
