Job summary

Legrand is launching an Engineering Leadership Development Program for entry-level engineers. The three-year plan includes two 18-month rotations at different US locations across Electrical, Mechanical, or Firmware engineering, with exposure to Test Engineering, New Product Development, and Project Management.

Participants must be mobile within the US; relocation assistance is provided for each move. Start date is June 21, 2027, and permanent roles are offered after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Computer, or related discipline).
• Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute tests to verify product functionality, safety, and compliance.
• Analyze and document test data; summarize findings for the engineering team.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for product issues discovered during testing.
• Track project milestones and coordinate cross‑functional meetings.
• Document risks and lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Present progress to rotation leaders and program sponsors.
• Engage in cohort-based technical training and professional development sessions.
