Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in two 18-month rotations across locations/divisions.

• Participate in cohort-based training and leadership development activities.
• Prepare end-of-rotation presentations highlighting contributions.
