Job summary

SmartPads, a fast-growing luxury prefab builder, is seeking a Sales Coordinator & Office Manager to support the Sales Operations Manager and BD Manager across Steamboat Springs, CO, Denver, CO, and Vernal, UT.

The role covers sales coordination, marketing execution, and office administration in a small, fast-moving team. Candidate must handle calls, CRM management, content creation, and travel to the UT facility for All Hands meetings.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a sales support, marketing, coordinator, or administrative role; construction, real estate, or hospitality backgrounds are a plus.
• Experience working in a CRM; HubSpot fluency strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing business social accounts (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for collateral (preferred).
• Proficient with basic photo and video editing and organizing large media libraries.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to incoming leads via email; conduct first discovery calls to qualify prospects.
• Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM records and follow-up sequences.
• Assist with updating sales materials and develop promotional content (flyers, brochures, ads).
• Manage contracts, quotes, HOA docs, and project paperwork; coordinate travel as needed.
• Coordinate marketing content creation and social media posting across platforms.
