Job summary

California Closets in Englewood, CO, seeks a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to grow the market by combining sales administration with local marketing initiatives. You will manage lead and CRM processes, support client experience, and coordinate events to boost showroom traffic and opportunities.

This full-time role requires working from our main office and showrooms, with a focus on marketing campaigns, local partnerships, and customer engagement to drive brand awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree related to business or sales preferred.
• 1-2 years administrative/customer service experience in home improvement or luxury brands ideal.
• Strong data entry and calendar management skills.
• Proficiency with CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing tactics to increase showroom traffic and leads.
• Manage lead activity and CRM documentation for timely follow-up.
• Coordinate local events, campaigns, and partnerships with sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain local marketing channels and showroom content to reflect brand standards.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on consultations, leads, and showroom activity.
