Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our front office team in Oklahoma City. You will support both Sales and Food & Beverage, coordinating events and promotions across the hotel while helping maintain the property’s social media presence.

The role involves proposals, client communications, and collaborative work with multiple departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute special Food & Beverage events across the property, working with Sales and culinary teams
• Assist the Sales team with administrative tasks such as proposals and client information
• Maintain the hotel's social media presence and highlight events and experiences
• Support marketing initiatives and client communications to keep projects moving forward
