Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for our DC-area property. You will support daily sales and marketing operations, client communications, proposals, contracts, site tours, and lead management to drive revenue and guest experiences.

You will coordinate marketing campaigns, social content, and collateral updates while maintaining CRM records and revenue reporting, collaborating with Revenue Management and hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, hotel, sales, marketing, events, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales and marketing operations including administrative coordination, client communication, reporting, and event support.
• Assist with business transient, group, catering, and corporate sales activities including proposals, contracts, site tours, and lead management.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, social media support, email marketing, and hotel collateral updates.
• Maintain CRM systems, account records, sales activity tracking, pipeline updates, and revenue reporting.
