Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator for HALL Park Hotel in Frisco, Texas. You will support the sales process from inquiry through event execution, manage group reservations, prepare proposals and event documents, and coordinate details with clients to ensure flawless events.

Collaborating with Sales, Culinary, Banquets and other departments, you’ll deliver exceptional experiences by staying organized, proactive, and client-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma preferred, ideally in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Experience with Delphi or similar sales and catering systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
• Ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma State ABLE License, as required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays based on client and event needs.
