Responsibilities

• Support sales and data management, ensuring accurate account histories and client data entry in CI/TY or booking platforms.
• Coordinate and manage events from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up with hotel departments and clients.
• Create and maintain room blocks in PMS, enter rooming lists, and generate group booking codes.
• Respond to catering leads without guestrooms blocks and prepare BEOs for events.
