Responsibilities

• Support daily sales and marketing operations, including coordination, client communication, reporting, and events.
• Assist with transient, group, catering, and corporate sales activities: proposals, contracts, site tours, lead management.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, social media support, email campaigns, and collateral updates.
• Maintain CRM systems, account records, and revenue reporting with accuracy.
• Support planning and execution of hotel events, meetings, trade shows, and partnerships.
