Contract: Part-time Remote Contractor (80 hours monthly)

Rate: $560 - $880 USD monthly / $6,720 - $10,560 USD annually

What You'll Do
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will take the lead in driving sales growth and client engagement. You will own the sales process from lead generation to contract renewals, actively nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. You'll also support marketing initiatives and operations to ensure seamless business processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and nurture leads and client relationships, guiding them through the sales funnel with consistent follow-up. Provide tailored solutions to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage referral programs to increase customer acquisition. Monitor and analyze program performance for improvements.
- Generate sales reports to identify trends and growth opportunities. Manage sales software and tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Marketing Support:
- Coordinate email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns that support your sales efforts.
- Conduct targeted market research to discover potential clients and emerging opportunities.
- Provide feedback on campaign performance to improve future marketing strategies.
Operations Support:
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to sales and marketing processes.
- Prepare quotations and invoices accurately and promptly to support billing.
- Track timesheets and assist with basic bookkeeping to keep financials organized.
- Manage scheduling for sales meetings and team activities.
- Handle email communications related to client inquiries and operational coordination.
What You Should Have
Must-haves:
- Minimum of three years of experience in Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Operations, preferably in a remote or virtual environment for a company in the USA, Canada, or the UK.
- Background in administration and operations assistance, and project management.
- Experience with Google Suite, Asana, LinkedIn Navigator, Active Campaign, Wave, Quicken, Slack, and Canva.
- High energy, passion for interacting with people, and commitment to caring for others.
- Strong career drive and curiosity to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a preference for a neutral North American accent.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
