About Us: Ebersole Insurance is a well-established Allstate Insurance Agency, dedicated to providing top-notch insurance solutions to our clients. We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated sales representative who already has their insurance license and previous experience.

Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with a current insurance license and experience who is passionate about helping clients and enjoys the rush of making sales goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working with people, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling leads from multiple sources
  2. Follow Ebersole Insurance talk paths in asking for the sale
  3. Working referrals
  4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

What We Offer:

  1. Hourly Pay $16.50 + Commission
  2. Commission: ranges between 10% - 18% depending on the month's total production
  3. Ongoing training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in sales (Property & Casualty insurance sales preferred)
  2. MUST HAVE A CURRENT PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE OR PERSONAL LINES LICENSE. (please do NOT apply if you do not have this, you will not be considered for the position)
  3. Ability to work independently & as a team
  4. Strong sales skills
  5. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.

This is a remote position. The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.
