Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator to support the regional sales team and marketing efforts from our Westfield, Wisconsin location. This on-site role collaborates with internal customers and requires strong data entry, document routing, and office coordination.

You will handle campaign data, POS materials, mail logistics, and purchase requisitions, while maintaining pricing programs and ensuring timely, courteous service to colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior experience in an administrative assistant role.
• Valid WI driver's license.
• Communication and decision-making skills to prioritize team needs with courtesy.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains organized data entry and routes internal documents (BOLs, POS requests).
• Coordinates processing of Marketing Campaign Responses and reports.
• Maintains inventory of internal Point of Sale materials.
• Coordinates mail services, UPS logistics, and bulk mailing projects.
• Performs clerical duties and data entry as needed.
• Create purchase requisitions.
• Assist with product shortages weekly.
