Manitou Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain dealer relationships from its West Bend, WI headquarters. You will support sales, marketing, and dealer portal navigation, ensuring orders are entered correctly and fulfilled on time.

The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and knowledge of ERP systems. Base pay is hourly with potential quarterly bonuses; benefits and a team-focused culture are offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain designated dealer group relationship and serve as primary internal contact.
• Receive orders from dealers via portal/email and enter into ERP.
• Manage all orders from entry through shipment.
• Serve as the primary contact for dealers via email/phone.
• Run reports and queries to manage in-house orders.
• Act as liaison between dealer network, factory, Sales Directors, and internal departments.
• Communicate policies and procedures to dealers.
