Job summary

Inspire Communities, LLC in Waller, TX is seeking a Sales Admin to support the sales and marketing team by managing leads, setting appointments, and delivering exceptional service to customers and residents.

You will assist with marketing efforts, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records using Hubspot and Microsoft Office. Experience in digital marketing or CRM is a plus, and ability to work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, CRM tools, or similar prospecting and lead-management work.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and lead-tracking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep listings current.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the urgency needed to respond quickly to prospective customers and active leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage and generate leads for Sales Consultants, including organizing prospects, scheduling appointments, and supporting timely follow-up.
• Greet customers, prospects, and residents professionally while delivering responsive support throughout the sales process.
• Process home sales in accordance with company business plans, selling philosophy, and required sales procedures.
