Rehab Medical, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the local sales team and drive referral initiatives in the Mobile area. You will guide Sales Reps, support PCRs, and coordinate ATP services to deliver optimal mobility solutions.

Your role focuses on building strong relationships with referral sources, maintaining performance metrics, and fostering a high-performing team culture to meet plans and budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business, Business Admin, or related field.
• Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
• At least three years of sales experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Sales Rep activity using SP and manage territory coverage.
• Attend in-services with Sales Representatives to provide training and support.
• Oversee Patient Care Representatives (PCRs) to ensure timely documentation and patient communication.
• Ensure ATP Support works closely with Sales Reps and PCRs to provide correct mobility equipment and top service.
• Manage open or vacant territories until new Sales Reps are hired and performance reaches standards.
• Foster a positive team culture with a focus on resilience and achievement.
