Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Promote a safety culture and actively participate in the branch safety committee.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and understand market dynamics.
- Team Development: Manage and develop sales staff, set goals, review performance, and provide ongoing training.
- Business Growth: Foster relationships with clients, consultants, and architects, and lead the NIM process for on-time conversions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Support initiatives that promote customer retention and proactive assistance.
- Strategic Initiatives: Implement sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Branding and Training: Develop a consistent sales presentation style and identify training needs.
- Sales Oversight: Approve bids, monitor sales activity via CRM, and approve incentives.
- Performance Management: Set and review sales goals, analyze financial reports, and work with leadership on budgets.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain awareness of market trends, bid status, and staffing.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products through training and updates.
