Location: San Antonio, TX

Responsible for securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work, and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet annual revenue goals.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
2. Manages service accounts by visiting with Tier 1, 2 and 3 customers within assigned territory, developing ongoing relationships and understanding their needs. Includes building relationships in BOMA and other groups.
3. Develops capital plans for customers to address building needs.
4. Maintains knowledge of company products through training and studying manuals, including local elevator codes.
5. Prepares repair proposals by estimating labor and costs, reviewing blueprints, and coordinating with operations.
6. Prepares service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and coordinating with operations.
7. Responds to questions regarding repairs and service contracts, and performs follow-up with customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of sales experience; 3+ years of elevator sales preferred.
• Ability to read architectural/blueprint drawings is preferred.
• Experience in selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators is strongly preferred.
