Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of sales experience or training required; for candidates with 3+ years of elevator sales experience, a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators is strongly preferred.

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager - Service/Repair in San Antonio, TX.

Responsible for securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work, and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet the branch's annual revenue goals.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth, and cancellation reduction.
2. Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the territory to develop ongoing relationships and understand their needs. Includes building relationships in BOMA and other groups.
3. Develops capital plans for customers to address their building needs.
4. Maintains knowledge of company products through training and studying manuals and supplier info, including local elevator codes.
5. Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using estimating software, obtaining supplier quotes, and reviewing blueprints and equipment.
6. Prepares service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and coordinating with operations.
7. Responds to questions related to quotes and contracts, and performs follow-up with customers.
