Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a personal territory and carry an individual quota.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of two to three sales resources to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  7. Conduct regular sales training and development sessions to enhance team skills.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the SaaS industry.
  2. Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and methodologies.
  3. Experience in B2B eCommerce, CAD or CPQ is not required but highly valued.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  7. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  9. Ability to travel overnight approx. 25% of the time.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Work Arrangement: Remote

Salary Range: $128,000.00 - $153,000.00
