You will manage daily operations, train reps, and push growth toward a Regional Director level as the company expands. You must be a relentless closer who thrives in field leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential roofing sales experience.
• Experience mentoring a sales team is preferred or a strong desire to lead.
• Demonstrated history of door-to-door canvassing.
• Proficiency with CRM software and estimating tools (e.g., Housecall Pro).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: prospect door-to-door in storm-affected/high-potential neighborhoods and close complex roofing estimates.
• Lead a team of 5–10 Outside Sales Representatives, recruiting, training, and motivating.
• Maintain accountability with pipeline metrics and activity goals (dials, doors, inspections).
