Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales leadership experience (B2B)
• Supervisory experience in direct field sales
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with communication skills
• Experience in sales training and professional selling techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management; track record of exceeding goals
• Understanding of business financial statements; accounting background a plus
• Insurance sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8 to 10 remote Contract Surety Producers
• Coach, supervise, and train in product knowledge and sales techniques
• Recruit, develop, and direct sales personnel to meet objectives
• Monitor sales performance against forecasts and take corrective action
• Collaborate with Marketing, Underwriting, and Customer Support to maximize sales
• Drive new business production and consistently exceed revenue goals
• Oversee onboarding of new customers and monitor sales activity
• Maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results
