Job summary

Rehab Medical LLC in Indianapolis seeks a Sales Manager to lead the local sales team, drive referral initiatives, and foster a high-performing culture. You will guide strategy, coaching, and performance across reps and support staff in a dynamic CRT environment.

This position focuses on territory coverage, in-services, and empowering teams to build strong relationships with referral sources and patients, while delivering exceptional service and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or a minimum of 10 years of relevant Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry experience.
• Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
• At least three years of sales leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales Representative activity: oversee Sales Rep activity using SP.
• Attend in-services with Sales Representatives to provide training, leadership, and support.
• Oversee paperwork processes to ensure all documentation is completed and submitted on time.
• Open territory coverage and manage open or vacant territories until new reps are hired.
• Foster a positive team culture with a no-failure attitude and celebrate wins.
