WorldWide Logistics seeks a Sales Manager in Urbandale, IA to lead a team of Cradle-to-Grave Logistics Solution Consultants. You will guide performance, coach through discovery calls, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong CRM hygiene and operational execution.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, cross-selling, and margin optimization within a fast-growing 3PL environment at our new HQ. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with 5+ years in logistics sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, supply chain, or related sales experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, coaching, or team-development experience preferred.
• Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cradle-to-Grave Logistics Solution Consultants.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, pipeline development, and career growth.
• Coach the team on sales calls, meetings, discovery conversations, and negotiations.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Support carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and capacity management to maximize margins.
