Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead three core teams: Warehouse, Freight, and Stocking in the Des Moines area. You will drive process improvements, coach a diverse workforce, and align staffing with company goals.

Strong collaboration with HR and focus on execution are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3 years of management experience in a Big Box retailer, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 3 years of management experience in a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in fast-paced environments.
• Direct and motivate a diverse team including full- and part-time staff.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse Team activities including receiving, yard operations, returns, pick/pack, and backroom ownership.
• Oversee Freight Team activities: receiving deliveries, staging, splitting trucks, and stocking as needed.
• Oversee Stocking Team to ensure planogram compliance and proper back stock handling.
• Collaborate with HR to staff logistics areas with qualified Team Leads and Team Members.
• Teach, train, coach, and mentor teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
