Job summary

Iowa 80 invites a driven 3PL Business Development Manager to lead and expand the Group Distribution Center's third-party logistics capabilities. You will oversee storage, inventory management, fulfillment, and shipping services for external clients, driving efficiency and profitability.

The role emphasizes building relationships with potential 3PL customers, refining processes, and aligning services with client needs while collaborating with senior leadership on pricing and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Experience onboarding 3PL customers and improving warehouse processes.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of WMS, inventory management, fulfillment, and 3PL processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of Iowa 80 Group DC’s 3PL business, including storage, inventory management, fulfillment, and shipping services.
• Identify, pursue, and secure 3PL customers and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior staff to establish pricing, services, contracts, and operational requirements for 3PL clients.
• Train DC staff on system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and achievement of operational and customer satisfaction goals.
