Ken Garff Porsche Lehi is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Advisors, driving performance in a dynamic automotive retail environment.

You will mentor staff, close deals when needed, and contribute to inventory and promotional strategies while following up on leads to maximize online ROI. A high school diploma is required, with prior sales management or F&I experience preferred, and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales manager or F&I experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Sales Advisors by setting clear goals and coaching for results.
• Lead by example and assist in closing deals when needed; develop improvement programs for underperformers.
• Promote teamwork by mentoring Sales Advisors and driving collaboration across the team.
• Make inventory and advertising recommendations to support promos and campaigns.
• Follow up on all leads to maximize ROI on online marketing initiatives.
