Responsibilities

• Drive used vehicle sales volume and front-end gross.
• Lead, coach, and hold Sales Consultants accountable.
• Manage inventory strategy including sourcing, appraisals, pricing, aging and turns.
• Oversee trade appraisals and acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with service/reconditioning for fast turns.
• Desk deals, structure transactions, and improve closing ratios.
