Job summary

Porsche Burlingame in Burlingame, CA is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to lead the showroom floor, drive lead conversion, and elevate team performance. This hands-on leader desks deals, coaches reps, and demonstrates closing skills on the floor.

You will actively monitor, coach, and optimize lead responses across phone, text, and email using the CRM, while mentoring the team to achieve aggressive growth and outstanding customer experiences.

• Proven track record of performance in automotive sales, internet/CRM lead management, and closing.
• Desk deals, overcome objections, and close high-line/luxury clientele.
• Strong digital fluency across CRM systems and modern communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations on the floor, desking deals, closing customers, and managing sales pipeline.
• Actively monitor, audit, and coach the sales team on internet, phone, and text lead responses within the CRM.
• Conduct daily/weekly coaching sessions, role-playing objection handling, closing techniques, and lead follow-up.
• Maintain aggressive floor control, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional luxury-level experience.
• Drive inventory turn, gross profit retention, and finance penetration targets alongside executive management.
• Create and maintain a high-accountability, high-energy environment built on winning and team success.
