Job summary

Ken Garff Honda, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Advisors, set targets, and coach for results. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and help improve dealership sales processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and strong communication to connect with customers and team members across the dealership network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must be able to provide references upon request
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Advisors and other team members by setting clear goals and objectives; train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve optimal results
• Lead by example and help Sales Advisors close deals whenever necessary; assist in developing improvement programs for individuals who are failing to reach objectives
