Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff Management and Leadership
• Meet and exceed location sales quotas
• Train Sales Counselors to meet customer needs
• Guide aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills
• Manage Sales Counselors as primary reference for aftercare and compliance
• Develop local marketing programs aligned with community demographics
• Monitor competitor pricing and market share
• Plan community events to generate prospects and awareness
• Review contracts for compliance with laws
• Ensure timely reporting and financial controls
• Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, and sales tools
