Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Ensure Sales Counselors follow training manuals and company policies.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to meet customer needs.
• Manage Sales Counselors as their primary reference for aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing.
• Develop marketing programs tailored to community demographics and competition.
• Plan and participate in community events to grow prospects and awareness.
• Review pre-need and at-need contracts for compliance with laws.
• Prepare reports demonstrating financial controls.
