Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities
• Strategic thinking and anticipation of client needs
• Mentor and manage a small team (2–5) to peak performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with using various computer systems and software
• Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle: consulting, closing, retention
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
