Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a commission-driven sales role.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and drive revenue growth.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with CRM and sales software.

Responsabilités

• Execute established sales processes to meet revenue targets.
• Manage full sales cycle: consult, close, and retain clients.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver engaging consultations to convert leads into clients and educate on treatments.
• Promote treatment packages using persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive culture.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide world-class service.
• Assist clients with questions about treatments and financing options.
