Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent retail management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning and execution skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and priorities effectively.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model customer-centric selling behaviors and use of selling technology.
• Lead relationship selling, client development, and outreach to grow business.
• Support store priorities and lead merchandising execution, including restocking, floor moves, and signing.
• Oversee fulfillment processes and monitor metrics to maintain optimal fill rates.
