Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail preferred.
High school diploma required.
Proven ability to operate POS and inventory systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve client advisor metrics, CRM requirements, and individual sales targets.
Build and maintain client books and manage customer correspondence and follow ups.
Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database.
Participate in stocking and restocking, store maintenance, and opening/closing duties as assigned.
Support visual merchandising standards under direction from VM and management.
Train new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and policies.
Adhere to loss prevention, health and safety, and all store policies and procedures.
